1 bag of Egg Noodles **See NOTES**
1- 2 pound 13 ounce jar Spaghetti sauce (I used Chunky Ragu’ Tomato, Garlic & Onion)
4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 1/2 lbs sausage ( I use Jimmy Dean Regular Pork Sausage)
Pepperoni ( I used about approx. 34 pepperonis)
1. Preheat Oven to 350 degrees. Brown sausage and boil noodles until soft. Drain Sausage and Noodles.
**You can chose to layer in whatever order you wish.
This is how I layered mine.
I would however start out with the thin layer of sauce for the bottom.**
In the bottom of a 9 X 13 Glass dish Spread a layer of the tomato sauce.
Next sprinkle about 3/4 cup sausage.
Then layer with half of the noodles.
Next use half of what is left of the sausage.
Then half of the remaining sauce.
Layer the rest of the noodles.
Next comes the cheese, use half of it.
And then the rest of the sausage.
Pour on the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle on the remaining cheese.
And FINALLY top with the pepperoni.
3. Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
4. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 to 20 minutes.
5. Remove from oven and let cool 15 to 20. If you must cut into sooner, please be aware that it will fall apart. Letting it set lets it jell together so it will not fall apart and go all wonky on you. 🙂
Notes: **You can use any kind of pasta to your linking. Bow tie, spiral, Radiatore, etc. I just prefer to use egg noodles.**
***You can also add to ingredients easily to this such as mushrooms, olives, onions. We prefer just as the recipe states. Using the ingredients/brands that I stated.***
