Baked Potato Wedges

A New Family Favorite!


  • 3 russet potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch strips
  • cooking spray
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray .
  2. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  3. Place potato skins in ziploc bag.  And then add the dried basil and parmesan cheese and shake to coat.  Arrange in a single layer on baking sheet.
  4. Bake 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until golden brown.
